Whether you’ve already started your t-shirt design or are getting ready to start, there are some things you should know about the artwork specifications and file types that we require when printing your final design.

To ensure that the final product comes out as you intended, please make sure to adhere to the artwork specifications laid out above. Our graphic design specialists are available to help you design your custom t-shirt or answer any questions you may have about design or our printing process.

WHAT WE NEED

All artwork should be saved in RGB or CMYK color mode

and a resolution at 300dpi.

Your artwork dimensions should be the size that you would like the print to be on the shirt.

Please ensure that any image provided is clear, a poor quality image often translates to a poor print.

OUR PROCESS

STEP 1 - ORDER FORM

Once your project is confirmed, please fill out our order form found at the bottom of this page, which will help detail your project and ensure a smooth experience.

STEP 2 - PROJECT SUBMISSION

Please provide all relevant text material in a singular Word Document.

Images can be provided via Dropbox/Google Drive link, Zip-File, WeTransfer, or Standard Email.

Please send all relevant material in a singular email and order format to integralmerchservices@gmail.com

ALBUM DESIGN separate content by section. (Label Info, Credits, Special Thanks etc.) high resolution photo, logo in PNG, PSD, EPS, PDF or Ai format.

WEBSITE DESIGN information separated by page (Home, About Info, Testimonials, Contact Us etc.)

LYRIC VIDEO lyrics, album cover, track title, band/website address, and any additional credits you would like displayed. NOTE: All information is copied as presented.

T-SHIRT DESIGN highest quality image (if available) in the desired formats listed above; logos cannot have glows, shadows, fx, or soft edges and must contain a transparent background. For best results; a working PSD or Ai document of the desired image is preferred.

MARKETING MATERIALS highest quality images (if available) and desired copy text.

PHOTOGRAPHY EDIT a copy of the original source photo, photographer credits, and consent from the photographer for use is required.

LOGO DESIGN correct spelling of the intended company or artist's name, preferred colors (if any), preferred style, theme, or look of your logo (if any), and information about the company or artist.

STEP 3 - IN PRODUCTION

Once your submission is confirmed complete, production will be scheduled to begin or begin the following business day. Below are the listed expected turnaround times.

ALBUM, PHOTO, LOGO, MARKETING MATERIALS 3-5 Business Day

WEBSITE, LYRIC VIDEO 7-10 Business Day

REVISIONS

Please allow up to 2 business days for revisions.

STEP 4 - COMPLETION

Once your project is complete, you will be provided with full resolution copy of your work in your preferred format.
